What to Avoid

  • Don't switch from browser to the store's app mid-purchase
  • Avoid ad-blockers and privacy extensions while shopping
  • Don't click on other affiliate or advertising links before checkout
  • Don't use third-party coupon codes unless specified as allowed

What's Not Eligible for Cashback

  • Gift cards and store credit purchases
  • White glove delivery and premium services
  • Shipping charges and taxes
  • Returned or cancelled orders
  • Items specifically excluded in store terms
  • Orders placed using gift certificates

Important Note

Once the retailer reports the transaction, you should see the cashback in a specific time-frame before adding it to your wallet. In most cases it's within a couple of hours, but can take up to 7 days in rare cases in the ARC portal.
