Complete Purchase
Finish your purchase on the store's website. Make sure to complete it in the same session.
Earn Cashback
Cashback is added to your wallet once the store confirms your purchase. It's that simple!
Understanding Your Cashback Status
Track your earnings through each stage. Here's what each status means for your cashback.
Pending
Your transaction has been tracked and is being verified by the store. Most purchases show as Pending within 1-2 days of placing your order.
Available
We've received the cashback from the store and it's scheduled for your next payout. Status typically changes from Pending to Available within 90 days of your purchase.
Non-Commissionable
This transaction isn't eligible for cashback. Common reasons include: non-commissionable items, order cancellations, returns, or items excluded by the store's terms.
Payment Initiated
We've initiated the payment of your Available cashback. The funds are being processed and will be transferred to you shortly.
Paid
Your cashback has been successfully transferred. The payment has cleared and the funds are now in your account.

What You Must Do
- Be logged into your ARC account before clicking through to stores
- Start with an empty shopping basket before clicking through
- Complete your purchase in the same browsing session
- Stay on the same device from click to checkout
- Have browser cookies enabled and accept merchant cookies
- Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
What to Avoid
- Don't use private/incognito browsing mode
- Don't switch from browser to the store's app mid-purchase
- Avoid ad-blockers and privacy extensions while shopping
- Don't click on other affiliate or advertising links before checkout
- Don't use third-party coupon codes unless specified as allowed
- Avoid placing orders over the phone after clicking through
What's Not Eligible for Cashback
- Gift cards and store credit purchases
- White glove delivery and premium services
- Shipping charges and taxes
- Returned or cancelled orders
- Items specifically excluded in store terms
- Orders placed using gift certificates
- Purchases made outside the cookie validity period
